1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HipTok application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use HipTok.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

3. Content Policy

Users are responsible for all content they post. Content must be relevant to farming, agriculture, or the HipTok community. Spam, hate speech, misinformation, and illegal content are strictly prohibited.

4. Marketplace Transactions

HipTok facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to marketplace transactions. Users transact at their own risk. We encourage due diligence before any purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

HipTok's branding, design, and proprietary content are owned by Kexim. User-generated content remains the property of its creator, with a licence granted to HipTok to display it on the platform.
